The Concept Of Judging

Let's Talk About This.... Alot of people are always saying "Do Not Judge"You are not supposed to judge and so on, they say "Only God can judge me, so how does that play out"...So what does that mean if i see someone doing wrong i'm not supposed to say anything because that would be considered judgemental??
